| Abstract: | The purpose of this Definite Project Report (DPR) is to present a detailed proposal for the rehabilitation and enhancement of wetlands at Swan Lake. This report provides planning, engineering, and sufficient construction details of the Selected Plan to allow final design and construction to proceed subsequent to approval of this document. The Environmental Assessment (EA) for the project is integrated with the DPR. |
