Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the environmental benefits/costs of removing the Bloomsbury Dam on the Musconetcong River in an effort to significantly enhance the local aquatic habitat, improve fisheries, and restore the river to natural conditions. The objective is to ensure the implementation of an environmentally, economically, and technically sound design. The study includes identification and evaluation of these plans within identified planning constraints. The study results in the recommendation of single plan that achieves the identified goals in an efficient manner while considering the interests of the sponsor.
