Synopsis: This memorandum constitutes a comprehensive report on the model study of plans for improvement of navigation at the upstream entrance to the St. Marys Falls Canal, Michigan. The study was authorized by the Chief of Engineers, U. S. Army; on 14 May 1943, and was conducted at the U. S. Waterways Experiment Station during the period July 1943 to November 1943.
