Description: Evaluation Report
Executive Summary: This evaluation report analyzes the consequences of failure of the Eau Galle Dam project under the conditions that would be experienced during various floods events up to, and including, the Probable Maximum Flood (PMF). For each flood event, flood damages downstream of the dam are estimated under two conditions: without failure of the dam; and with failure of the dam. The two conditions are compared to determine if the presence of the dam imposes an additional hazard to downstream areas. Note: This file is large.
