| Description: | Technical Report Abstract: The experimental results for wicket blank tested in the 1:5-scale hydraulic flume model are presented in this document. The results of this model investigation provide guidance to design necessary equipment and appurtenances for wicket blank operations in the field. The wicket blank will be used during the maintenance operation to facilitate the removal of any jammed wicket gate for various blank operations. No significant operational problems were discovered during this investigation. The wicket blank and the proposed installation and removal procedures proved to be adequate. |
