Description: Technical report
The Diagnostic Modeling System (DMS) Data Manager is an ArcView 3.2 extension designed to work with bathymetric surveys and dredging records. The DMS Data Manager includes a suite of tools developed to aid in analysis of bathymetric surveys and dredging records. It should be used with the DMS Manual and DMS Analytical Toolbox to develop a channel maintenance plan with a holistic approach. The DMS Data Manager tools include the bathymetry importer, station and centerline tool, CAD importer, cross-section tool, volume calculator, and dredging record center. This report is a step-by-step guide to help new users set up a DMS ArcView Project.
