Summary: This report contains, in detail, a description of tests and methods, the data collected, and the results of the frost investigation conducted during the period from July 1, 1946 through July 2, 1947. The investigations included four test areas in which observations were made of ground water table, subsurface temperatures, frost penetration, Ice segregation, water content, and density.
