Technical Report-
Summary: Techniques for using a specially constructed universal stage for study of ice fabrics are outlined, methods of preparing ice-thin sections are discussed, and the construction of fabric diagrams is described. A table of angular corrections is given for the differences in refraction indexes between air and ice relative to the orientation of the optic axis. Applications of the data are indicated and discussed.-
