Abstract: This data was collected and analyzed for the article “Performance of Moored GPS Wave Buoys” by Collins et al., submitted to the Coastal Engineering Journal. There are two separate MATLAB files, one for the 8-m deployment and one for the 17-m deployment. Within each file is a data structure for each sensor. The data structures typically contain variables for time, frequency, spectral density, and directional coefficients. Current data is under the ADCP. Wind data is in the wind structure. For more information about the data, please see the readme within the data files. For more information about the experiment, please see the article.
