Abstract: The Hydraulic Engineering Technical Note (HETN) herein provides an assessment of the performance of precast concrete lock wall panels at Allegheny River, Lock and Dam No.4. Design and construction methods used in the rehabilitation are applicable to other lock projects within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' areas of operation.
