The majority of these materials were eventually uploaded into what is now CRREL's Ice Jam Database. Various researchers worked on this project. These materials describe the various ice jams that occurred throughout the United States of America. One box includes information related to ice jams in Canada, as well as research for some global rivers such as the Euphrates. Information was collected however it could be found, including, but not limited to, news articles, National Weather Services reports, "after action" reports, photographs, negatives, and slides.
