Description: | Technical Report Abstract: Methods of aerating hydropower releases were reviewed based upon information from both published and unpublished sources. Techniques which aerated water as it passed through turbines and aeration techniques which were used in the reservoir itself to improve dissolved oxygen concentrations in the releases were the focal points of this review. Both American and European installations were investigated. NOTE: This file is large. Allow your browser several minutes to download the file. |
