Abstract:	In this Final Integrated Feasibility Report and Environmental Assessment, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) assesses and recommends solutions to restore degraded significant ecosystem function, structure, and dynamic processes in the Hudson River basin. The Feasibility Report and Environmental Assessment is the decision document for the Hudson River Habitat Restoration (HRHR) Ecosystem Restoration Feasibility Study, and also documents the compliance of the study and recommended solutions with all applicable environmental requirements, including the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). The non-federal sponsors of the study are the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) and New York State Department of State (NYSDOS). NYSDEC also plans to be the non-federal sponsor for project implementation.
