dc.descriptionPurpose: The purpose of this study is to provide a preliminary assessment of Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants (EALs) for application in dams that are managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). The assessment will explore the environmental aspects of these lubricants and will also discuss their operational characteristics. This assessment is primarily through the literature available on this topic, and includes interviews with various experts.-
