| Abstract: | This EA and FONSI evaluated the environmental effects of adding the completed wastewater infrastructure and the proposed canal water quality and stormwater runoff treatment projects to the Project Partnership Agreement. This EA tiers from the 2004 PEIS for the FKWQIP and hereby incorporates the PEIS and the 2007 Final EA by reference in accordance with 40 CFR Part 1508.28. Significant issues previously identified during the scoping process and discussions with regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and residents of the Village of Islamorada are listed below and have guided the preparation of this document. A new scoping letter was not solicited for this EA. |
