Abstract: This Final Integrated Feasibility Report and Environmental Impact Statement documents the planning process undertaken for the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway, Brazos River Floodgates (BRFG) and Colorado River Locks (CRL), Texas, Feasibility Study. The study has investigated improvements to the BRFG and CRL projects, located along the Texas coast within Brazoria and Matagorda Counties, Texas. The study alternatives have been screened, resulting in the identification of the Recommended Plan. Report sections required for compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) are indicated with an asterisk following the section heading.
