General Reevaluation Report-
The purpose of this study is to develop and evaluate alternatives for flood risk management and ecosystem restoration in the Clear Creek watershed. Authority for the flood risk management portion of the Clear Creek Flood Control Project is contained in Section 203 of the Flood Control Act approved August 13, 1968 (Public Law 90-483). As detailed in this report, it was the team’s intent to develop ecosystem restoration opportunities; however, no additional cost share sponsors were identified and no new authority was given so ecosystem restoration was dropped from consideration during the General Reevaluation Report.en_US
