Abstract: This report reevaluates the authorized federal project at Saint Paul, Alaska. The authorized project was a result of the findings from the Feasibility Report of navigation improvements at Saint Paul, dated August 1996. WRDA 1999 authorized the modification of the authorized project to include a small boat harbor. This General Reevaluation Report (GRR) was prepared to serve as a decision document to support amendment of the existing project cooperation agreement and to demonstrate that with the addition of the small boat harbor, the authorized projects remains technically sound, and economically and environmentally acceptable.
