| Abstract: | Pates Ford Marina owners are experiencing a high demand for cabin rentals. Currently, Pates Ford Marina has three cabins for rental. By constructing the proposed additional cabins, Pates Ford Marina will be able to accommodate more individuals. A vicinity and location map is included for project orientation and location. USACE has determined that an EA is needed to address environmental compliance under the NEPA or this proposed action. All activities proposed within this EA are located on lands owned by USACE. |
