| Abstract: | Roofing managers need a dedsion support tool for managing low-slope roofing systems. The ROOFER Engineered Management System is designed to help Directorates of Engineering and Housing (DEHs) and Directorates of Public Works (DPWs) manage the maintenance and repair (M&R) oflow-slope roofing. ROOFER provides a systematic approach for inspecting roofs, assessing roof condition, and planning and prioritizing both short- and long-range M&R plans. |
