Abstract: This Study investigated the beneficial use of dredged material to be removed from maintenance of the Federal Navigation Project for Newburyport Harbor as nourishment directly placed on both Plum Island Beach in the Town of Newbury and Salisbury State Beach in the Town of Salisbury, Massachusetts. This study is authorized by Section 204 of the Water Resources Development Act (WRDA) of 1992 (33 USC Sec. 2326), as amended.
