dc.description.abstractThis report/EIS presents the findings of a study to determine the feasibility of using uncontaminated dredged material from the approach channels of the Baltimore Harbor and Channels Federal navigation project to recreate and restore ecological habitat at Poplar Island. It provides the findings of economic, social, environmental, and engineering analyses that were used to select a recommended plan of action. The potential impacts, if any, to cultural and environmental resources are evaluated herein in accordance with NEPA 1969 and Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966.en_US
