Abstract: | The primary purposes, or goals, of this Flood Risk Management feasibility study are to: - Assess the flooding problems in the community of Princeville and provide recommendations to repair and rebuild Princeville and to protect the town from future floods, to the extent practicable in accordance with E.O. 13146 (Exhibit 1). - Reduce flood risk for the Town of Princeville to the minimum level intended by the authorized Section 205 project, thus reducing risks and preserving the social fabric of this nationally important cultural resource while reducing risks to the residents and resources of this community, keeping them from further harm. |
