Description: Technical note
Purpose: This technical note describes the low level detection of N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and gas chromatography with a nitrogen-phosphorus detection (GC-NPD). Detection limit studies were performed using several soil types to demonstrate the detection of NDMA at less than 1 μg/kg.
