| Abstract: | The purpose of the Technical Review Package is to provide formal documentation certifying that the Bayou Meto Basin, Arkansas General Reevaluation Report conforms to pertinent regulations, guidance, sound professional practices, and the best available science and to show evidence that independent technical review(s) as well as a legal review were performed. The independent technical reviews were performed in accordance with the guidelines as specified in the Quality Control Plan presented in the Bayou Meto Basin, Arkansas General Reevaluation Project Study Plan, November 1998 and the established Memphis District framework of general policies, principles and organizational responsibilities for providing quality planning and planning studies and planning products consistent with Corps policies and regulations that meet or exceed customer expectations. |
