Abstract: | The C&SF Project currently functions and was originally authorized to function as a multi-purpose water management system. The authorized project purposes include flood control; water supply for agricultural irrigation, municipalities and industry, and ENP; regional groundwater control and prevention of saltwater intrusion; enhancement of fish and wildlife; and recreation. The following sections explain key project and water control plan changes that are relevant to Proposed Action. |
