| Abstract: | The Rio Culebrinas Detailed Project Report is being conducted under Section 205 of the Flood Control Act of 1948, as amended. The study area is located southwest of the town of Aguadilla and at Espi nar Ward, northeast of Aguada. This appendix describes the social and economic conditions pertaining to the detailed Rio Culebrinas floodplain. A description of the estimated flood damage induced by the river for existing and future conditions, as well as the benefits to be derived from the implementation of alternative flood control plans for the area, are discussed. |
