Abstract: This Value Engineering (VE) Report documents the completion of the St. Lucie County Coastal Storm Risk Management Study, St. Lucie County, Florida Value Analysis. The current phase of the decision document is between the Alternatives Milestone and the Tentatively Selected Plan (TSP) milestone. The feasibility study is being conducted in accordance with the USACE SMART Planning Process. This VE study scope is for this point in time for the project and is being conducted with the schedule constraint that the authorization timeline is not flexible. The VE Study team was comprised of USACE employees from the Jacksonville District and other USACE attendees on an as‐needed basis.
