Abstract: This Real Estate Plan (REP) is in support of the St. Lucie County, Florida Coastal Storm Risk Management (CSRM) Feasibility Study and Environmental Assessment. The study focuses on the erosion problems and potential storm vulnerability of structures on the southern portion of Hutchinson Island along the shoreline bordering the Atlantic Ocean in St. Lucie County, Florida. This Real Estate Plan is tentative in nature and is intended for planning purposes only. Both the final real property lines and estimates of value are subject to change even after approval of this report.
