| Abstract: | This EA will evaluate whether io initiate an emergency deviation to current C&SF operations as governed by Increment 1 (G-3273 Constraint Relaxation/S-356 Field Test and S-357N Operational Strategy) which is a deviation to the 2012 WCAs, ENP and the ENP to South Dade Conveyance System (SDCS) Water Control Plan. This EA will document and evaluate alternatives to accomplish that goal. The No Action Alternative and other reasonable alternatives will be studied in detail to determine the Preferred Alternative. |
