Abstract: | This report summarizes a cooperative cost shared feasibility study on the beach erosion and storm damage problems of the Atlantic Ocean shoreline of the lower southeast coast of Florida, including Palm Beach, Broward and Dade Counties. Included in this report are the results of planning, engineering, environmental, economic and real estate studies of the area and its shoreline erosion problems; and recommendations for modifications of the existing beach erosion control and shore protection projects. |
