Abstract: Two processes for pneumatic application of concrete shotcreting , the wet and dry, both with fine and coarse aggregate , were investigated. The wet process consisted of adding all the ingredients of the mixture including the water, and thoroughly mixing all the ingredients except the water in a mixing drum and then forcing the mixture through a hose where the water was added at the nozzle just prior to pneumatic application of the desired surface.
