Purpose: Bathymetric surveying can be difficult and hazardous near coastal structures or in regions of high surf or drastically varying topography. Using the Helicopter Borne Nearshore Survey System (HBNSS), safe and reliable measurements can be made of coastal seabeds and structure relief.
