Abstract: This report documents the development of the Reservoir Outflow (RESOUT) Model. The various types of structures that are used for discharging water at a dam are identified, and the basic hydraulic equations are presented. These computational procedures are then presented in a computer code written for an MS-DOS microcomputer. Input instructions and example applications are also included.en_US
