General: This memorandum constitutes a complete report on the study conducted at the U. S. Waterways Experiment Station upon a model of the spillway and stilling basin for the Caddoa dam. The tests were conducted on an eight-gated section model. which was built, undistorted, to the linear scale ration, model-to-prototype, of 1 to 36.
