| Description: | Technical memorandum Preface: The tests reported herein were authorized by the Office, Chief of Engineers by letter dated 14 November 1950, subject: "Initiation of Cement and Pozzolan Investigations under Item CW 601 'Research in Mass Concrete,'" and form a part of the Civil Works Investigations Program of the Corps of Engineers. The work was conducted at the Concrete Research Division of the Waterways Experiment Station under the supervision of Herbert K. Cook and Thomas B. Kennedy. The tests were performed by or under the direct supervision of C. H. Willetts, W. O. Crawley, R. L. Curry, E. J. Callan, and Leonard Pepper. This report was prepared by Bryant Mather. |
