dc.descriptionPreface:The additional (second phase) hydraulic model tests of Grand Marais Harbor were authorized in a letter dated 4 February 1942 from the District Engineer, Duluth District, to the Waterways Experiment Station, and the tests were conducted during the period 4 February-16 August 1942. This report supplements TM 186-1, dated December 1941, which described the first series of tests on the Grand Marais Harbor model.
