The work was done at the Concrete Division of the Waterways Experiment Station under the supervision of Messrs. Herbert K. Cook and Bryant Mather. Mr. Leonard Pepper, Chief, Chemistry Section, assisted by Mr. E. J. Callan and other members of the staff, performed the tests and prepared the report. |
