| Description: | Technical report PURPOSE: This Coastal and Hydraulics Engineering Technical Note (CHETN) summarizes research efforts that have taken place since the 2008 fiscal year (FY) within the Coastal Inlets Research Program (CIRP) concerning asset management of coastal navigation channels. Specifically, the details concerning the conceptual basis and application of the Channel Portfolio Tool (CPT) are described. The CIRP work unit responsible for all of the efforts described herein is referred to as Coastal Navigation Portfolio Management (CNPM). |
