Description: | Special Report Abstract: This document is an inventory and assessment of character-defining features for the interior of Building 2101 (former Black Officers’ Club) at US Army Garrison Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. This survey satisfies Section 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 as amended, and it was used to determine which elements of the interior of the building are character-defining features from the period of significance (World War II era). Building 2101 was determined eligible for the National Register of Historic Places in 2003. |
