Special Report-
From the Introduction: This workshop was organized specifically for the purpose of discussing current problems associated with the properties and processes of snow. As such, we did not intend to make this a conference in which presentations on recent research findings were merely given by the participants. Open discussion of current research and engineering problems in an informal manner was encouraged. This was felt to be best accomplished by the informal committee sessions which were conducted during most of the workshop. NOTE: This file is very large.
