Description: Special Report
Abstract: Equipment and test procedures for quantifying the normal stiffness, transverse stiffness, post rigidity and post plumbness of a chain-link fence are described. These parameters characterize the condition of the fence and determine its suitability for use with a fence-mounted intrusion detection system.
