Abstract: The first Government Users Workshop on Ground Penetration Radar (GPR) Applications and Equipment attracted 60 attendees from 17 government agencies/ offices and private industry. Presentations emphasized the wide variety of applications of CPR and current and emerging technology in GPR equipment. The workshop included field demonstrations at the Waterways Experiment Station Environmental Geophysics Training Facility. A concluding panel discussion summarized the highlights of the workshop and discussed research and development needs and requirements.
